Have been here a few times with family and friends. Sometimes take away is easier as the tables fill up quickly. Reasonable prices. Quick service. Havent had a bag burger yet and the milkshakes are awesome! View all feedback.

I have been several times and never been disappointed with the quality of the burgers. Also, my son who is vegetarian, loves the vegetarian burger. I have been to several other local "gourmet" burger places and none of them measure up to Heroes.
The setting is quite ordinary and plain. Not much interaction with the waitress staff, it's a more casual eating place, where you serve yourself. The menu is limited to burgers, thus they are fairly good and fresh. The meat could be better quality for the price of burger, or at least some fries could be included. Overall, a quick in and out type of eating place. Doubt it will live up to the hype long term if the staff don't improve on the environment and welcoming.
Went here when it first opened and the burgers were ok meat didn't taste that good but then recently revisited it again and they seemed to hav changed the burgers but what ever they did they taste heaps better keep up the good work guys
Every time I venture here I am not disappointed! So lucky to have such a great burger joint so close to work (sometimes dangerous but I have restraint! I'm always telling my friends about the HFC and the thickshakes. Can't wait to go back :
