Was CALEB LOPES at Wingstop a mag?
This is a take out order ahead store front. Ordered and received what was expected in a timely manner. Very flavorful and decently priced for 2 grown men. Not really food but more for the taste and how the senses react! View all feedback.

I stopped by Wingstop for a sandwich after work, but the center was hard, making it difficult to eat. So, I called them, and they said to come back for a replacement. I returned, but they had no record of my request for a new sandwich. Ultimately, I had to buy something else just to avoid holding up the line. I really should have gone to ABQ instead. I'm giving Wingstop in Bernalillo 5 stars because the manager is very nice, friendly and helpful and the staff are also cool.
Worst customer service ever. Stopped in town for the night and ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food. Employees are more concerned with playing with their phone than good customer service.
I placed an online order to be ready at 6. I get here and it was an extra 40 minute wait. Terrible customer
As a fellow employee at Wingstop, albeit at a different location, I'm quite disappointed. This is the second time I've received my order without the ranch and cheese sauce. Unfortunately, my food was cold this time, and the fries were still cold in the middle. I ordered 8 boneless wings, and I suspect one of them was actually a tender. The cashier was very nice and informed me that the wait time would be around 30 minutes. I patiently waited 25-30 minutes, only to find that my food had been sitting on the rack ready for a while. I'll probably drive to the new store on Ridgecrest from now on, as they consistently provide great service and their food prep times are spot on, ensuring everything meets customer standards.
Beware of the possibility of broken glass in your food! In addition to their unprofessionalism when you call, there seems to be a lack of quality control. If glass breaks in a kitchen, you would expect them to check around the food, but that wasn't the case. I discovered a sharp piece of glass while eating my voodoo fries. After this horrifying experience, I called to speak with a manager, only to find her laughing at my situation. She told me to call back the next day to speak with another manager. I’m not sure why I have continued to dine here, but this is definitely the last straw.
