You will recognize "Bohnenblust Cafe" by its pink colour (see pictures). I was in the Länggasse branch, adjacent to the university.At 9:00 am there was a line before the buffet, but the friendly staff was very speedy, I chose an alluring cheese Parisette sandwich. Das beste Brot, ein Laib Steinhauerbrot, der Stadt für das Auge und erst recht für den Gaumen. Diese Broten Durften wir schon einige Male geniessen. Heute waren wir zum ersten Mal im Cafe. Die Einrichtung ist schon ein wenig veraltet und nichts außergewöhnliches, aber sauber und übersichtlich. Der Cafe war auch sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eingang hatte es ein Harasse mit sehr appetitlichen Äpfeln. Danke, leider nicht gratis und sie waren nicht angeschrieben . R. R.
