Nice brunch but too expensive compared with what you get as a meal portion. The service was (as last time) extremely bad!!
We had set for 2 and we didn't regret our choice! The servers should be a little bit friendlier ;
The food was really delicious and well prepared. Not a single complaint about the food. The atmosphere was lively and cozy. The service was friendly and attentive. Probably one of the nicest servers I've come across in Berlin. Only reason I docked a star is because I felt that the food was very overpriced in comparison to what you get. I had one of the specials. Some items on the menu are reasonably priced though. I would try one of their Buddha Bowls next time.
I love this place. Particularly because of their selection. Loads of different things to eat, from healthy to less healthy options ; it can get very busy on weekends which also means pretty noisy. Make sure to make a reservation on weekends and let the foodstivities begin !
Fresh off a couple flights across the Atlantic, we needed fuel to begin our fight against jet lag. We dropped our bags at our hotel and decided to explore the area. A few blocks away, we stumbled upon SETs, with its open windows and tables pouring out onto the sidewalk. It looked like a place to get a good lunch on a Sunday afternoon. And it didn't let us down. We sat inside, as all the outside tables were full, and we didn't want to wait. Service was a little slow to get going, but not terrible. I ordered a cappuccino, and was not disappointed (the first of many awesome cappuccinos in Germany). Between the 4 of us, we got a huge salad, a ridiculously large club sandwich (with roasted turkey), and another equally large sandwich. It was all fresh and delicious, and very filling. Prices were reasonable I think it was about 32 Euros for the whole deal. If we were there for longer, we definitely would've gone back. Seems like a nice neighborhood spot.
