Chicken Tikka Masala with Basmati rice, simply yum. An authentic Indian restaurant with original Indian flavour. Good location, positive service, and very good interior. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Berlin Spandau area and want to enjoy mouth-watering Indian cuisine. My best wishes
The food was really tasty. Environment was also top noch , owner and other stuffs behaviours was also good . I will recommend everyone for a visit to the place. Overall satisfied

I have no idea how this restaurant has so many good reviews—presumably friends and family are contributing. I felt like I was sitting in a poorly ventilated cafeteria where they just pour some kind of powder into the food and then sell it as authentic Indian. I went to Madu with friends yesterday and was totally disappointed. The food arrived after over 45 minutes and was neither hot nor particularly seasoned—not at all what you 'd expect from an Indian restaurant. The chicken curry tasted bland, the naan was dry, and the rice was lumpy. The service was also disappointing—unfriendly and annoyed when we politely asked about the order status. Also, the table was sticky, and there was no soap in the restroom. Definitely not going back. Berlin has so many good Indian restaurants—unfortunately, Madu isn 't one of them for me.
This is our third time here, and I can only say that the food is delicious and plentiful. They always check to see if everything is okay and ask if you'd like more rice. I highly recommend this restaurant.
