Last month i went with my family to Berlin and a friend recommended this place for breaktfast. We ordered a breakfast for two (fpr us and our 3 year old daughter) and it was a delicious and full plate of several salami, ham, cheese, salad and fruit. We are good eaters but we couldn´t finish all. All ingredients, especially the cheese and salami were very high quality (as my husband is a cook, we know that ;-)) the 2 kind of bread were delicious. There was also marmelade and honey served. The service, a french lady, was so nice and helpful with our order and extra wishes for our baby. We Would definately go there again! Check out which days are open, because they close one day per week.
The service was atrocious, it took over 2 hours for our food to arrive and when it came, it was bland and overpriced. We were spoken to like idiots by the staff and half the orders we made never made it to the table because they just forgot about them! Absolutely horrendous experience. Considering how many amazing restaurants/cafes Berlin has to boast, I would never step foot back in here.
Cute Cafe to visit if you are in the area. It is in a small neighborhood but about a 5-10 walk to the metro. The character is charming and cozy. Everything they make seems to be from scratch. Check out the pastry section in the turning glass stand to your left when you enter. They also have delicious coffee to go!
Friendly server. I just came here for a latte and internet. very delicious coffee!
