A catastrophic experience! We arrived at the beer garden with a group of 11 people. All the tables were free and unreserved. Nevertheless, we were forbidden to put two tables together. The absurd justification: We need the passage. From the very beginning, the service was extremely unfriendly, disrespectful, and completely arrogant. When we wanted to cancel our meal because of this treatment, we were refused and instead had to simply accept the dishes. And as if that weren 't enough, the waiter arrogantly pressed the restaurant 's business card into our hands and suggested we complain to the owner. As if his behavior had no consequences. I sincerely hope there are. Hospitality: 0. Service: 0. We only stayed to finish the beers we ordered and reluctantly took the food with us. That 's not how you treat guests. This was definitely the last time for us!
