We were passing down the street and got attracted by the smell of the store. The sandwiches were delicious, the staff was really welcoming and it was a cheap and quick meal in a cozy little place! View all feedback.
Formidable is sincerely one of the best places I have ever eaten and I can only recommend it. the atmosphere in restaurant is very on earth, there is room for everyone and the chef never refuses a good chat. they have very, very tasty...vegetarian options and it is quite honest some of the best vegetarian foods I had in my life.

We found this place on a reasonably unknown blog that promised the best sandwiches in Berlin so we decided to check it out. We ordered a large pulled pork and a large brie cranberry and they were by far the best sandwiches we've ever...had. The pulled pork was made fresh daily and the way the sandwich was put together was exceptional. Really worth checking out if you're in Berlin. Prices were only slightly higher than average but the excellent food made up for this. Staff are really friendly and the setting of the place was great.
I went to Formidable for lunch,and it is such a special place. The service was very welcoming and friendly. The sandwich was a work of art. I could really taste the love that went into making it. It's also located between my work and home,lucky me: I will be back, for sure!
Great Sandwich place. Interesting and varied combinations, all ingredients fresh and made to order. Service fast efficient and extremely friendly. Arrived for brunch, shortly after opening hour, were given the time to decide, were advised on combinations. My 11 year old lived it ! Wanted to drink the aeoli sauce
