Eating here is wonderful. we had four courses for euro. every cure is lovingly prepared and has an extensive wine list. the restaurant is very elegant and with views of the hotel dormero.
Had a nice meal in the quadriga. eating is more interesting and innovative than many of the michelin places. I had lunch in fishermen fritz the same day and the aal was much better in the quadriga. better presentation, less stiff. quality space for. a culinary experience!
Die Quadriga is a superb restaurant so deserving of its one Michelin star. The cuisine was exquisite, delicate and sublime! I compare it to my expectations of fine dining such as Tetsuya's in Sydney and Vue deMonde in Melbourne, Australia. The service was attentive and...the restaurant captain was wonderful in his choice of wines to match our courses. The waitering service was an art form, highly recommended and a lovely setting for an intimate dinner. Worth a return visit, highly recommended.
This is a charming and excellent restaurant. It has Michelin star so we were concerned about the price but for what we got it was very fair. The food was outstanding and beautifully prepared and served. We had our before dinner drink by...the atrium which was very pleasant and then went into the restaurant to eat.
I reserved for people months in advance. went and talked to them several hours before the event. when we arrived one person was there to serve us. when (after about hours of getting nothing) we politely asked to increase the level of...service we had a rude reply. will NEVER go to this one again. i made a fool out of myself in front of people. AVOID whatever you do. this is rubbish.
