We were already in the afternoon to the coffee there, yesterday the first time to the breakfast.Nothing exaggerated, all delicious, the service friendly and fast. very huebsch am schaefersee - an oasis in the big city - we come back.
Were today in cafe mavera. it is located exactly on the lake of Schäfer in reinickendorf and has only recently opened. the device is in brown and blue tones and it looks very cozy. you can eat breakfast, cakes and pasta, soups, salads and soaked brote are also offered here. now one may wonder why I still give only two stars, here are the reasons: the waitress who had served us had shown her smiles only at the bill. Smiling costs nothing, and I don't want to constantly look into a murrical face- after guests have gone, the table is wiped off immediately. Unfortunately, eating remains around the table decoration are ignored and the washed crumbs also all land on the chairs. I've never met anyone who likes to sit on food remains - my friend got the wrong breakfast, it's been a taste for us. unfortunately I don't really think the tellers are full, I could have pushed everything on one side of the teller. it is also advertised on the map with fresh fruit on the breakfast stand. now, it consists of only half a slice of orange and a piece of dosenananas, the dosenobst is now also called fresh fruit is new to me! - I had the mirror egg breakfast and it has disturbed me that the mirror eggs were already on the half of the rolls. I would have liked to have picked the bread (full grain or weeping) and also tasted some butter on the bread that had missed on mine. as said, the cafe is new and you should never give up the hope. will visit it again in the summer and give me something from the big cake range. see if it has become better by then.
It is a beautiful place, next to a small pond and by planes above the head (Approach line TXL). I regularly have a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. The only problem for me is to decide which cakes I take... they all see absolutely delicious and taste so good. Very busy on warm and sunny days despite aircraft noise.
This small caffe is fucked in a back corner at the lake of Schäfer (see) in berlin, reinickendorf. the menu had a large selection of breakfast dishes, salads and delicious Turkish meals. I ordered a chicken salad that was pretty good. a broth basket was brought to our table, but no butter that can be usual in berlin, but butter was brought to the table when asked. the outside seats were really nice with beautiful flowers and the lake so close gave a peaceful feeling. we didn't know they had amazing looking baked until we went to pay. my next visit, I'm trying to get the baked!
