I have to object to the previous review. in my experience, arleo is a health-friendly, cozy and overall pleasant restaurant. it is located on one of the most beautiful roads west Berlin, which contributes to its flair. the many paints I was there, I have never been tasteless eating, quite in the opposite, I was always positiw surprised by the deliciousness of the food. Vegan and gluten-free meals are sometimes referred to as boring or “something missing” which is not the case here. the food is not cheap, but they will certainly get a good price-performance ratio for what they have paid for. the quality and fresh of the ingredients have never left my stomach in the stab. Moreover, the family that leads the restaurant was always very nice and thoughtful when I was there. they never hesitated to make flexible changes to meet my nutritional preferences. I can recommend a visit to this site only warmly, especially if you are looking for a healthy, vegan-friendly restaurant with innovative cuisine and friendly service.
I have eaten 2 weeks ago in restaurant arleo at lunchtime because it was recommended by a well-known international veg guide. I have good reasons to guess from this restaurant and I will introduce it here briefly. 1) I ordered the daily main dish that was of course 'spinat risotto'. shortly after the order I noticed a strange change of view (...) of the waiter with the cook (both women;) soon they disappeared before my eyes and entered the kitchen. After a certain time, the food that came on my table was a kind of a run-up with little broccoli, without spinach. and even worse is that eating really had no taste. really nothing!top the stupidity: the ArLeo staff escalated the high point of stupidity when the kocher came to my table, with the attitude of a person who believes to be smart, and smiled at me if I appreciate that. of course I answered yeeess ... and so the woman went after my answer to her colleague and both 'smiling' .... what stupid!!! 2) before the NOT-spinned risotto I had a fennel soup (fenchel soup) which was also 100% tasteless!! a tasteless slop that they could call with the name of any other sweet .3) for this type of NOT lunch I paid: suppe 6,00 € rice 8,90 € wein 0,2 € 6,00 espresso € 2,20 >> ges: € 23,10
