Was Ana Wagner at Amicus Vini a mag?
Loved this place in the Hackescher MarktSmall low level garden surrounded by greenery lights below Amici wine shop. About a dozen or so tables. Indoor seating available but fairly cramped. They have come up with a great idea for happy hour 3 wines...red or white dry, medium sweet. No choice apart from red or white for 5 euros. Gives you a good opportunity if you are a wine lover to try and compare 6 different wines.... View all feedback.
What Giuseppe Hammer dislikes about Amicus Vini:
Hello,we visited the restaurant for the first time yesterday and promised us fresh good berlin kitchen. we ordered winzer and berliner teller and could hardly believe it when we saw that the kartoffel salad was clearly not self-made. also the boulettes had been bought and heated in the microwave. in these trips and the situation we have expected something else and that can be defined as well. A small, sweet restaurant that deserves to know! very good salad, breakfast and also good for a brunch when they compose it themselves. if I can suggest a thing, they do more show and communication for eating because its really good. we recommend
First the good news; eating here is excellent. a very limited menu, but what they do, they do very well. we had the pasta and the burning cake (alsatic pizza.) the flame cake is better than pizza, but don't tell my Italian daughter-in-law I said...so a decent choice of weeping and beer, and all reasonable prices. now the not so good news; the service may vary depending on the visit. we have eaten here on a Friday and Sunday evening and the service was excellent; 2 young girls on Friday and an older man on Sunday, who were very efficient and friendly. but when we were here on Thursday night, the service was terrible. the 2 maids had no interest in the customers and one of them spent most of the time with their handy at the end of the counter. I had to find her to ask for the bill and pay her back. it was not because they were busy, there were only 2 other customers in the caffe to time. I would recommend this place to people, with the measure that if they choose the wrong night, the service might be bad. another thing to remember is that the damentoilette is a spiral staircase in what my wife said was a kind of storage room, difficult to negotiate when they have mobility problems.
We went around these hidden courtyards and came over this sunken garden with a bar and mini restaurant, we stopped on a cool December night and had two hot chords. the drinks were nice and the service good, would recommend for drinks, we have. not try to eat, but the menu looked limited. would be nice to sit in the summer months and enjoying it in the winter without a leaf.
Little Bistro, where you like to stay. Although located on the hacking market, it is something hidden and, as the name says, surrounded by a rose garden. However, you should not expect a full meal here: The bistro is better suited for a snack and a glass of wine.
Good wine, good price, and great Asian pizza. light because there is no tomato sauce. very cozy. great choice.
