I frequently order their tasty vegan pastries, but they often forget to include them in my delivery. To make matters worse, they don’t offer refunds, so I have to handle that myself through the app. It’s quite frustrating! They should just exclude sold-out items from the app altogether. This has happened more than six times already, and I’m considering looking for a new vegan bakery. View all feedback.
This was my first visit to her Berkeley location, and after having great experiences at three different locations, I can confidently say that Timeless is the best vegan bakery in the Bay Area! The offerings at this location are even better than the others. They had sandwiches that I hadn't seen before, featuring koji meats—a relatively new local vegetable meat line that uses koji mushrooms to create delicious deli meats. I arrived later in the day, yet they still had the pumpkin cakes that were available in the morning at the Webster and Piedmont locations. The pumpkin cake was perfect, with a light, flaky crust and creamy pumpkin filling—not too sweet, just right! On a completely unrelated note, I found it amusing that since this location is on College Avenue, the bank transaction only shows as "College." It's as if I’m learning that I really could eat a ton of baked goods! This review was updated from a previous one on November 3, 2022.

This place has definitely improved since my last review. It’s not as noisy as it used to be, and the service has significantly gotten better. It’s a great spot for reading and studying, and of course, for enjoying delicious vegan pastries. Updated from the previous review on September 25, 2021.
