My experience at Sonic tonight was really disappointing. I ordered four large Frito chili cheese wraps, but they gave me the junior size instead, which wasn’t what I wanted. I also got two cherry lemonades, but they tasted terrible—nothing like a cherry limeade. When I poured them out, there was no lime flavor at all. I called to let them know that whoever was making the limeade didn't do it correctly, and I was told it was because they had changed the Sprite. That’s not true, though; there wasn’t any Sprite in them at all.
Unable to Order a hamburger, was Charged for a Cheeseburger without the Cheese and told they don't make hamburgers.Parking: Several screens for Ordering not working and had to move several times to find a working screen to place an Order
People taking the orders need to know their product& specials and slow down and listen
