Recent ownership changes and inconsistent barista practices have prompted complaints: frappes now lack espresso, lattes are sometimes prepared like iced coffee with limited milk options, and isolated hygiene/service lapses were reported. Overall it’s a charming local hub with strong offerings but some operational issues that need fixing.
I’m updating my review following the change in ownership. I was excited for the reopening, but I’m disappointed to find that the drinks don’t taste the same anymore. The frappes, which used to be made with espresso shots, milk, and flavoring powder, are now just made with flavoring powder and milk. The caramel frappe tasted more like a vanilla milkshake since they switched to using vanilla bean powder. I learned that frappes no longer contain coffee or espresso at all. I'm really let down, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. (The pictures included are from my previous drinks.)

Absolutely disgusting. The employee who made my drinks and grabbed my donuts was not wearing gloves! She was very rude and didn?t respond to anything I asked her about my order. She would stare at me and just go back to what she was doing. This wasnot worth the price. I will not be coming back.

The food costs $5 and the smoothies are $4, which is too expensive for my liking. I won't be returning; they should consider bringing in vending machines instead.
