This is the best Vietnamese Pho restaurant in Bellingham. If you're looking for something a bit different from the standard Pho, the Beef Stew and Wonton Noodle dishes are also excellent choices.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the service was impressively fast, even during the busy lunch hour. The broth was excellent, and the pho came with a generous amount of meat. While I understand that inflation is a factor, I still felt the portion size was somewhat on the pricey side. However, I really enjoyed the spring roll and the peanut sauce!
This is a solid Pho restaurant. They offer generous portions, so when you take it home, it’s enough for two meals or even more, depending on your appetite. The quality is great too. It’s perfect for warming up on those chilly, rainy days.
The vegetable pho was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly! Pho 99 will start offering dine-in service on Monday, March 14. I opted for takeout and enjoyed it at McDonald's. The waiter was kind enough to alert me that if I didn’t eat it within 10 minutes, the noodles would stick together, which they unfortunately did. However, I didn't mind too much because the flavor was still excellent. Typically, when I get pho to go, the noodles are packaged separately. If the texture is a concern for you, I'm sure you could request that they pack them separately.
