The fish here is good, but we asked to have no green onion at least 5 times, double confirm with waiters, write the requirements in both English and Chinese, the restaurant NEVER respect our options, and have to recook the food. It’s super depressing and frustrating for us. If it only happens 1 times, I will not be that angry and leave a review like this, but it is repeatedly so many times. View all feedback.
The restaurant automatically adds a mandatory 15% service fee after tax without any prior notice. This was the worst service I have ever experienced.

I have lived in the Seattle region for over five years, and I visit this place every month. Unlike other restaurants that use excessive MSG, this one focuses on quality ingredients and authentic recipes.
Flying fish exceeded my expectations. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine in a warm, inviting setting. I’ll definitely be returning to try more dishes from their extensive menu！ Really good tasty!
