We were seated promptly and enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere. We ordered the $6.99 special, with just drinks as extras. The total bill for two came to over $23, which was puzzling. I had a large pepper topped with cheese, but it didn’t come with rice—very basic. In hindsight, we probably should have gone to the catfish restaurant a few doors down.
