We were on a 14 he drive never stopped here before..they were very slow and we ordered avacado toast and the bag they gave us had it all on outside and it took awhile to get it.no drive thru.. View all feedback.
It 's really upsetting how inconsistent this Dunkin ' is. Two times in a row I ordered Latte 's and received coffees, I 'm not one to complain but it a substantial difference in price. The team leader who was at the register fixed it for me. Then today I went and I got two coffees and there no stickers or anything written on the cups. So, the young ladies had to sit there and guess which coffee was which because they ran out of stickers. I just feel like this Dunkin is prolly ran and the team leader should be delegating and making sure the operations run smoothly rather than just being at the register and if you run out of stickers... please buy a sharpie and write on the cups. Lastly, PLEASE ADD SUGAR TO YOUR DRINKS. I can 't tell you how many times I have had to fix my own coffees, for that I will start making them at home. Sadly, I will not be an every day customer anymore.

Today Saturday, November 21, 2020 9:00am The ladies at the cashier counter were very nice. The gentleman making the coffee, made me a very good and enjoyable hot Caramel Coffee. Thank you all so much for all you do for us! Happy Thanksgiving!
