This charming, cozy pub is incredibly dog-friendly and has a wonderful atmosphere. They warmly welcome both large and small groups, and they offer fantastic vegan options! Great local pub. Top notch ale and food. We had an unexpected stop over and the landlady very kindly fed our hounds as we'd no food and the local shops were shut. Not only that, she made sure we left with breakfast for them too. You don't get this kind of service in most boozers. We were chuffed and the dogs gave a round of ap-paws. Sorry. Fantastic Sunday roast,big portions but well worth the money,my only slight criticism was I had the beef and it was slightly too pink for me albeit I could have asked for it to be cooked a bit longer it was still lovely Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
