The service at this restaurant was excellent, and it was a pleasure to dine in such a beautiful outdoor seating area. As a fan of Reuben sandwiches, I had to try their version, and it did not disappoint with thick slices of sourdough bread, flavorful tempeh, and the perfect amount of sauerkraut. Coffee and food was subpar, but what really ruined the experience was a certain staff member. After being approached and handled rudely by a worker in charge of the back area, she really left a nasty taste in my mouth, especially with this being my first time coming here. Three friends with differing dietary preferences visited Kitchen Coffee, and their experience was mixed. This restaurant is the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch. The title of the review comes from my fiancée's reaction to her breakfast during our first visit here in the summer. Today we had lunch here and everything was delicious. The desserts and treats offered are amazing and varied. Updated review from 06/16/2023.
We tried the tempeh Reuben and the curry chickpea sandwich. They were pretty damn good! The gluten free bread slapped so hard that we didn’t even know it was gluten free until I came back to write this review. and the portion sizes were bigger than I expected. Only possible con is that not everything is vegan, but they said they can make everything vegan, so be sure to ask that. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-12
High praises for the black Green bowl! Avo toast and granola bowl were tasty too!
