The food and staff were great... First time back to KFC in about 10 plus years When they changed the cooking oil .. Got a 12pc and more... This location in Baxley, Georgia, is making me come back to KFC!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room.. View all feedback.

They didn't respond to us and then blamed our tall truck, just like last time. The staff hadn't mentioned anything about the truck previously. One of the workers told us to go around again, and then a female worker asked us to come back to the window. View all feedback.
WOW! I went to the drive thru and placed my order....I was never once interrupted. They understood my complex order perfectly. I pull to the window and pay and they immediately handed me my food. I was thinking that was way too fast for my order to be right? I tell the guy waiting on me thank you for the great service! I get home and everything is as it should be! The food was great! Way to go guys!!
Food is always good but service in the past has been difficult due to staffing. Things have improved lately.
Made my order at 1:37 p.m. 10 minutes later was told it will be 8 minutes B4 chicken is ready, 2:11 pm employee came out to check my numbers on my ticket 2:27pm still waiting on my order and watching people sit here and eat chicken 2:30 pm I finally got a refund and walked
