We had an incredible few days at the Holding Arms. Brian and Sheila were wonderful hosts; they even prepared some sandwiches for us before our drive to the Stairs to the Sky, which is just a short distance away. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. We felt very welcomed throughout our stay. It was a fantastic base for exploring the region. During our two days there, we experienced stunning mountain peaks, caves, lakes, fishing spots, waterfalls, and even the source of the Shannon River. The local walks and scenery were absolutely beautiful. We definitely plan to return!
