excellent we had taken in entrance a smoked salmon grilled with wood fire, I did not know this cooking and it was excellent, in the second dish we stayed on fish tails of lotte and royal dorade always with wood fire, always excellent and unlike other Italian restaurants the accompaniment of our fish was included. The restaurant is located in the underlying part of the hotel, in a strategic position in front of the wonderful scenery of the island of Pescatori. Definitely a unique and priceless view. As for food, it offers a menu that mixes the Romagna origins of the property with those typical of the place. Fresh homemade pasta and exposed in beautiful view makes well hope.
