Was KOLLIN HAMILTON at KFC a mag?
I have eaten here on and off for the last 13 years, since I moved to the area. We never really had good service but I do like the food. I do not know how long Kenneth has worked here, but he sure changed my mind on the service! The food took a while but it was fresh by the time we got it and the service was much better than ever. If he's working there now I will be back more often. View all feedback.

At 4:30 PM, they couldn't even assemble an 8-piece bucket meal. On top of that, the woman at the counter was quite rude. This place really needs to hire better staff. I think I'll just head over to Popeyes instead! View all feedback.

I received excellent service today from Jacob. He went above and beyond and Im grateful for him. You have a great employee in him.
On April 4, 2024, I had a disappointing experience at this location due to the two male employees working the evening shift at 8:00 PM. Their level of incompetence was truly remarkable. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to subject yourself to guaranteed poor customer service. If that’s what you’re after, go right ahead.
This place has gone to the dogs.I ordered a 3 piece original meal to go, when I got home I realized that it was old and dry I thought that they gave me extra crispy until I took a bite and found out that they sold me some old dried up original recipe chicken.Never again Satin.
I walked in and waited for 30 minutes, even though there was no one in line, until someone finally informed me that they prioritize all the drive-up customers first.
