My experience at KFC has been quite disappointing in recent years, so I was pleasantly surprised this time. The customer service was good, and the food was generally tasty, though it could have been served a bit warmer. Since the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, I suspect some of the dishes might have come from the warmer rather than being made fresh. View all feedback.

The restaurant itself isn't the most aesthetically pleasing place; while it is clean, it feels quite old and dated, giving off a somewhat grubby vibe—possibly due to its brown color scheme. I encountered issues with the app, which didn't work for me, so I had to use a self-service computer that was exceptionally slow and quite frustrating. On a positive note, the food met my expectations. I needed assistance with my tray, and a staff member was incredibly helpful without hesitation, which was really appreciated. As someone with a disability, it was refreshing not to have to explain my needs. I was grateful for the friendly and willing support from the staff. Thank you!
