The food is good, but the service is terrible! Today I spoke to the answering machine four times and ordered a menu for 6:30 p.m. I never received a confirmation. Then another message by email. No answer either. When I came to the store at 6:30 p.m., no one knew anything about my order! They wouldn 't listen to the answering machine because they had too much to do. I would have to wait until the food was prepared. Why does the company provide a mobile number and email address if they don 't work? In response to my criticism, the owner of Ploy Siam apologized very kindly and corrected the ordering options and even sent me a voucher as compensation . That 's what I call great customer service! Many thanks.
Fine and delicious Thai takeaway. For the price you could get a little more portions are a little small.

I had a great lunch at Ploy Siam. A big open kitchen fills the space, you can clearly see everything that’s going on in this space, the owner greeted me friendly and told me it’s a pickup or delivery restaurant yet she offered me to sit on one of the chairs to eat inside the restaurant (very nice gesture , it was freezing cold outside and I was far from home : The food was delicious, they had five dishes for lunch to choose from!
