Was Roberto Herzog at Minamoto a mag?
Not very familiar with Japanese food we started with a shushi-shashimi variation, very good. Then some excellent discoveries: agedashi tofu and tuna takati. The kirin draft beer was also nice. Sake is foreseen for our next visit! The bill was quite reasonable. View all feedback.
What Ludovic Clément dislikes about Minamoto:
Undercooked ramen. They tried to improve it three times... and finally I gave up. The last “version” was just boiling hot from the microwave. Why so complicated to make noodles? View all feedback.

The tempurá is wonderful! Tasty, juicy, very nice! The raw tuna comes with rise, it was different. Peanut with wasabi was strong and good!

Great food and the staff are so friendly. I recommend this restaurant so so much, tuna tataki is just awesome!!!
Too much soya sauce on dishes, clean nice place, friendly service, but not real japanese. Certain dishes are overpriced.
