When I got to Acero, I was excited about the flavors that included vegan rum and caramel crunch. The gelato was really yummy. However, the cone was tiny and had little gelato in it. This was really a disappointment, especially for CHF 4. A normal cone would have cost CHF 6- which seems like quite a bit for a takeaway gelato stand. View all feedback.
Cute little bistro with a small selection of items like mezze, quiches, Belgian waffles, salads and soups. The tea comes in small Asian style iron cans and they keep a nice selection around. The waffle with maple syrup was really delicious and the mezze mix was tasty too but super pricey for the amount you're getting (chf16). Service varied from nice and friendly to unceremonious upfront and direct... not intentionally however not too welcoming either. Would probably go for the waffles or to try their ice creams. Oh yeah it's cosily setup with some lovely wall art and coloring.
Very tasty, high quality ice cream and variety of innovative and interesting flavors, like limoncello and tonka beans. There is a choice between paper cup and cone and three different sizes as well. All servings are very generous.
Friendly people running the place. Cash only unfortunately. I found out the hard way. Food seemed experience for what it was and I came away hungry. I would still go back though as it had a nice ambience and cakes looked good.
