Superb contemporary restaurant set in a small square behind the main square. Nice terrace out front, friendly staff and outstanding food. Good value for such a nice place. View all feedback.

We were pointed to table almost in rain, we asked better table in terrace, but no space for us, even the restaurant was empty. I think they like toserve only French customers. We were really dissapointted and walked to better place in center. View all feedback.

I used their take away service. I ordered some fresh pizzas. They were very tasty with fresh ingredients!
Probably the best pizza's in Barcelonnette! Very friendly spontaneous service. We can only recommend it!
5 points for the friendly service. And the food was a 4-5. We ate the salad, ravioli, fondue, lasagne and then had desserts. The seating was very pleasant, quieter than the main square but still enough people to be enjoyable. The highlight was the service. Genuinely friendly and helpful, eager to please and prompt, excellent, thank you!
5 stars simply because l'abri stands head and shoulders above the other restaurants we ate in during our stay. One of the best filet steaks I have had in France, with delicious morelle sauce, followed by a plentiful and varied café gourmande dessert. My wife had lamb chops, I stole one from her purely for research, and it was delicious. If I return to Barcelonette, I will probably eat here every night!
