With yashima we find a real Japanese restaurant, with a very careful place, attentive service and a delicious meal. yashima is a Japanese of the expensive, but with a very good meal that can be tasted in fantastic rooms, besides being able to enjoy a living room with traditional tables, another to eat sitting on the ground and another one that has iron tables, where you can see how they prepare you. The restaurant itself is expensive, but it's worth going sometime. a more affordable option is to provoke the midday menu, centuries ago I don't go but for 15 euros oted could have a very good quality meal. You can also try the degotation of the menu with fusion dishes to the ferran adriá, which are riquisimos. You can also find dishes that you will not see in other Japanese, such as the typical Japanese meat fondues. And as for sushi you will find a first fish.
I recommend you eat directly at the bar around the plate. the type of food is the same as at the table, but the environment that is achieved around the cook is very good. highly recommended for special occasions.

I swear to God. This is the best Japanese restaurant. I frequently travel to Japan and I've been to the best ones there. By best, I mean ones that's been operating for over 5 generations and michellin starred restaurants. But, I am being blatantly honest here. This place is better than any of them. Impeccable service, and showmanship. Each and every menu is well planned and delivered in a way that's full of surprises. If you can't decide, go with Omakase. For the main, go with either Wagku or Toro Tuna. All staff are extremely professional and gentle. Our chef was Mr. Chikao. He was simply amazing. Thank me later. I will be back. Soon.
