We bought 2 tickets for solomun at pacha ibiza a d something wrong with payment, so we ordered 2 tickets with my friend visa card, then we realized that we paid twice. I sent an email to xceed. miguel was very helpful and he checked everything and xceed refunded my payment after a day. super satisfied with their customer service.
