Beautiful tapas, friendly waiter, very cheap . good location next to our hotel. twice and well visited it recommends definitiw, beautiful weine and a pleasant visit. if in the opposite one worth visiting.
After we had tried a very trendy expensive tapas bar for lunch, which despite the Michelin star (dos palillos) was very disappointing, we went to the corner of our hotel tonight and had a great meal, fresh food, charming service and everything we could ask.
We did it because it was close to our accommodation. it was nice, I had paella and my friends had menù del dia, I tried the meat and it seemed great. the waiter seemed to be alone, but he was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this place!
We had two menu del dia 12.5€ each with appetizer, dessert and beer. it was a good value but probably precooked eating. not the best restaurant in the environment. nice staff.
We arrived on the late side just before 11p, worried they might not take us but the very cheerful young waitress showed us to a table. we knew from passing the restaurant earlier that we wanted the tasting menu (smartly displayed out front on a...chalk board) and when we said we preferred no red meat, our waitress quickly offered to changed the beef cheeks course to a portion of the restaurant's signature duck fois burger. at 28 euros per person including wine and dessert, the tasting menu is an excellent value and delicious to boot. course after course came out and each course was beautifully plated and yummier than the last one. the culmination was the amazing duck fois burger so rich and delicious that it is hard to do it justice in words. it is served with diced pineapple, raisins, and a caramel sauce and a balsamic reduction that was so good we returned a few days later just to enjoy the full portion for lunch.
