What imma Riera Font dislikes about Lo:
Summer. July 1st. I am surprised by how empty the restaurant is since we are a few meters from Bogatell beach and we are in the holiday period. I choose a salmon tatare, it was terrible, it was pure brine. For dessert, a chocolate coulant that turns out to be a round, tasteless, dry and burning cake where there was no trace of chocolate fondant. The vanilla ice cream could be improved. First of all, the positive thing is the location, the proximity to the beach and the staff is very nice. Now to the negative: the room is a bit old, broken furniture. Sleep was out of the question. The bed squeaked and swaddled with every movement. The room was very noisy, you could hear the others laughing until 5 a.m. The air conditioning could neither be set to night mode nor turned off. She ran all night long. Since it was too cold for us, we had to sleep with the window open. The air conditioning even kept coming on when we took out the card. Breakfast: no coffee on the table only from the machine, either half coffee half milk or just coffee without milk. The scrambled eggs were not tasty. No boiled eggs. Little choice. Small baked rolls that weren't tasty either. Evening meal: Salad with breaded chicken, the chicken was completely raw. This was then remedied, but the appetite was then gone. The service team was very helpful and super friendly. We were there earlier than the check-in time stated, but we weren't actually allowed into the room until 3 p.m., but we were able to leave our suitcases in a separate room until then.
We had lunch in Lo Restaurant during our stay in the S b Icaria hotel. One of the waiters was extremely rude, he didn’t show any interest in his job and no respect at all to the customers.
