I used to spend a lot of time at Mikes Bites during my years studying in Bangor and it was a popular spot among my friends. I recently visited for the first time in three to four years and was disappointed to find that there are no gluten-free options available (except for a non-vegan full English breakfast that only includes meat and eggs). This is concerning as I never had any issues eating here before, so I'm not sure what has changed. It seems like they may not separate gluten-free ingredients from others, leading to cross-contamination. I am giving two stars for offering a vegan breakfast that my friend enjoyed, but it is worrying that they cannot provide any gluten-free options. Not everyone needs to be gluten-free, but having options for chips and hash browns should be a basic consideration for food hygiene.

Deliciously cooked breakfast, last for her money and beautiful staff. would definitely come back (needed to try one of the milk shakes they looked good). huge menu would be definitiw a good option if even kater!
