Yummy crab fried rice! The oyster sauced cabbage was also very good. Long line but I found an excellent time killing activities right around the corner! I had a surprisingly wonderful eyebrow wax at a little pink shop called BareHare and a rose latte at Unfashion Cafe before heading back for lunch. View all feedback.
Got here around 4–5 PM just as they reopened—no line at all, but by the time we left, the line was massive. We tried both of their signature dishes: one with the omelette and the other with the fried rice. Personally, I preferred the fried rice—it had more flavour and balance. The crab meat was juicy with a solid texture, not mushy at all, which made a big difference in the overall dish. This was one of the first seafood meals I had in Thailand, and while I later realised just how high the seafood quality is across the country, this spot still held up well. Definitely a touristy place, but the food was solid. I wouldn’t wait more than 30 minutes for it, but it feels like an old-school, long-standing institution that gets the job done.
