A nice, young brewery with a delicious selection of beers. The ambience seems more modern than classic for a brewery, but for me personally it is a bit uncomfortable. The menu is very manageable and, this is probably a matter of taste, the dishes didn't quite meet my taste, nor did my wife's. The service was quick, friendly and impeccable, price performance is okay. View all feedback.
I came to Bamberg at the invitation of Prof. 's Mosaic association. Dipietri, to present my book I survivor (Einaudi). At the end of the presentation we came to have dinner at this place: excellent beer and delicious food! The staff is very friendly and attentive!
