Yet experiences vary: some dishes arrive undercooked, rubbery or doughy, pricing confusion and spotty hygiene are reported, and the overlong menu and worn interior suggest a refresh is needed. Best for takeout and quick local meals, the place shows promise if they tighten quality control and address cleanliness and seating limitations.
The chicken was fried to perfection. However, I was concerned that the cashier frequently goes to the back and helps out without wearing gloves, and I noticed that none of the staff were wearing gloves while handling food. Despite this, the food was still tasty.
I just spoke with Kevin while trying to place an online order, and I have to say the customer service was outstanding. I've never had a negative experience with Stokos on Harford Rd. Great job, everyone! This is exactly why I keep coming back. I really appreciated Kevin asking how my day was – I've never had that happen while ordering food before. Twenty million thumbs up!
