I had an amazing experience! I truly wish everyone could taste Chef Tony’s cooking; I can't stress enough how delicious every dish was. Our server, Clarence, was incredibly attentive and always right on target. We will definitely be coming back and bringing our friends! This place is a hidden gem! Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What NilayS dislikes about Indigma A Modern Indian Bistro:
I'm not certain about the number of vegan options available, as I only noticed the vegan vindaloo and decided to order that due to a lack of time. There might not be many choices, but the vindaloo itself was delicious—nicely spicy and flavorful. I'd definitely order it again. The restaurant also had a pleasant atmosphere and nice decor. First of all, I 'll point out that Indigma has a separate vegan/gluten-free (don 't ask why they 're lumped together in one category, but they are) part of the menu. There is also an 'Earth ' section which is vegetarian (has cheese butter in most dishes though). Many of the appetizers are also vegan and your server will be happy to help you with any questions. I have always gotten great service here, very friendly and welcoming. I 'd recommend the Gobi Manchurian (spicy cauliflower), Avocado Pakoras (deep fried battered avocado) for appetizers. Anything off of the vegan menu is good for an entree. I think they can also bring you non-buttered naan but I 'm not positive. All in all everything here is delicious. Once in a while the fried dishes I order aren 't as crisp as I 'd like, maybe because they are just heating up the fryer for the first time that day. Pretty good cocktails. Everything is well seasoned. Expect dishes from a range of regions in India, not just the typical stuff you see on Indian menus.
Chef Tony continues to impress with his incredible Indian cuisine, which is the best I've ever tasted. If you have a specific dish in mind that isn’t on the menu, he will gladly prepare it for you, expertly adjusting the spice levels to match your personal preference. He also makes it a point to greet his guests personally and shares fascinating stories about Indian culinary traditions as well as his experiences from living in various parts of the world. However, it’s the food that truly shines here. This restaurant is definitely worth traveling for, a hidden gem you should not miss. The dishes are absolutely exquisite, and it's a place I find myself wanting to revisit time and again.
The service was friendly and welcoming in a delightful setting. The kokosnusskorma was absolutely delicious! I also thoroughly enjoyed the mango ice cream. The staff were very approachable and enthusiastic about discussing vegan options and substitutions available on the menu.
The food was very delicious. Service is a little slow since it's only 2 people for the entire place but I didn't mind the wait, the food was worth it for me. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
Incredible food! We had the open face samosa, lamb saag, chicken tikka masala, and the gulag jumans for desert. Everything was sooooo good! Chef Tony is amazing and such a sweetheart! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
