Was David Jackson at Nico's Complex a mag?

What Jane dislikes about Nico's Complex:
Herd about it and thought we would give it a try. Not the nicest location outside but lovely modern interior inside the downside is that it is very dark inside daylight doesn't seem to come in during the day and the lights are so dim with old style bulbs.
