we have been going to neros for years..sometimes i don't know why we bother as the staff are not friendly..once again it is who you are and whether they feel in the mood to speak.the last 2 visits were not all that pleasant..the 1st one...the manageress was clearing tables but we were completely blanked by her and the last one a female member of staff who usually would speak actually turned her head the other way and... I adore this restaurant. The customer service is top-notch, especially from Diane and Luke. They always go above and beyond to accommodate any request. This is exactly how service should be.
I have visited several Nero's locations, but this one is the cleanest and freshest by far. The coffee is top-notch and the food options are great. Unlike other Nero's locations, especially in North Down, this one is well-stocked, clean, and has modern furniture. I highly recommend this place for a different and enjoyable experience.
