Having relocated to Ballarat from Bayside Melbourne, we consider ourselves coffee and breakfast connoisseurs. I must say, this is hands down the best breakfast I've ever had. The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely outstanding. The coffee even surpasses what we had in Bayside! We've definitely found our go-to spot for Sunday mornings. I arrived shortly after several large, unexpected groups showed up, and the staff were clearly trying to keep up. Despite the busy environment, I was seated promptly and my drink order was taken right away. The coffee took a bit longer than usual because of the sudden rush, but it was excellent when it arrived. The food was outstanding, with every dish bursting with flavor. I will definitely return and, based on this visit, would recommend it to friends. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I love visiting Stables Cafe And; the service is exceptional, truly a cut above other cafes in Ballarat. The menu offers a great selection, and we always enjoy a glass of wine alongside delicious dishes. We've tried the sisig and the risotto with fried mushrooms, which quickly became favorites. However, the highlight is undoubtedly the outstanding service—it's the best we've experienced anywhere.
