Nice station. In the evening you can easily find a parking space. Paid parking PLN 40 per day. Grocery store on site. There is a shower at the station. Good coffee as always at BP. Nice and smiling staff, especially Mrs. Monika. View all feedback.
No possibility to pay with Blik and no information about it before refueling
When ordering chocolate , I expected chocolate, not milk. When I bought it for the second time, I informed the saleswoman that I received only milk, to which the saleswoman responded with a face of dissatisfaction to my remark, and then I received only milk for the second time :
The toilets are a disaster, no one has cleaned them there for years, the service is terrible, the ladies are very unfriendly, I bought chocolate and got only milk, then I asked twice for chocolate and not milk and I also received a mug with milk instead of hot chocolate. The blonde lady should rather work in a circus and make faces then, not at customers
The price for parking is too high, 40zl/12h. I would like to receive some kind of bonus, for example a beer cannon. The parking lot is quite large, it is advisable to stand behind the store, it is safer to stand there than next to the VR, because... buses with Cattle (Bydlo) arrive and go to urinate not in the toilet but to the fence behind the trucks. The parking staff must stop such things.
The angry lady, Jolanta, seems to be working as a punishment, her eyes and staff are very unpleasant. If you don't like working at the station, you should resign and give the job to willing and smiling people. As a customer, I felt like an intruder, one of the worst stations in terms of service!
