Today, I enjoyed one of the best menudo dishes I've ever had; it was served piping hot, just the way I like it. Be sure to call ahead if you want to get some, as it goes quickly! I absolutely love Elda's! It's the best place for authentic Mexican food in the area. The restaurant is always bustling with locals and visitors alike. The chile rellenos are exceptional, and the enchiladas are fantastic as well. It's our favorite spot for breakfast. We always order some rellenos to take with us for our camping trips. The staff is really friendly, too!
A true gem in the community. It’s always bustling with activity. The food is outstanding. Even though it's not on our usual route, we always find a reason to make the drive and stop by.
