Unfortunately, after booking, we had car trouble. Because of this, we had to cancel. Since 26-08 I have been trying to get my money back. Everything was within the correct terms to cancel. It took 29 days, no one emails back. No one calls back, nothing. Emailed in Romanian and emailed in English. Suddenly an app message with a transfer to my account. The worst service, they got the order wrong, we took the cutlery, as well as the napkins with salt and pepper. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
The superb view, the service leaves much to be desired. We waited long enough for our order to be taken and brought, when the soup was brought they forgot to bring us peppers, when he brought them he came with them in hand. They brought the lemonade warm and I asked for ice twice which they brought after 20 minutes. They brought me crushed ice in a glass with a dirty scoop of chocolate (I think). Personal enough to serve, but buimaci. They walked with the dishes to all the tables, maybe, maybe someone claims them. I have the impression that they have not been taught a minimum of technique in the art of serving and conversing with the customer. I think a minimum of training takes no more than an hour. One more thing: don't wait next to the customer to pay. Somewhat high prices for food in relation to salaries in Romania and to the portions on the plates. I understand we're at the palace, but let's act like a palace. Too bad about the location! I'll check back out of curiosity to see if anything has improved and check in.
