At the foot of the pope's palace, in a pleasant setting this welcoming restaurant will turn your taste buds with a perfect wedding of flavors. A relatively young team in the room but with very high maturity and real art techniques of the room. Address not to be missed during a passage in the fabulous city of the popes. View all feedback.

This gourmet restaurant located near the palace of popes, in a very old house, the menu orchestra of the palace is available in five dishes but can be chosen to take four or three dishes. The room is welcoming
A unique experience A meal on the terrace, in the shade and quiet A service of true delicacy worked A natural smiling team The sommelier makes us travel and takes the time to talk about his wines, his origins, his lands... A real work in depth. The leader moves personally to serve and present a few dishes. Bravo to all,
Worst service. The restaurant is apparently operated by a couple. The lady was super rude and did everything with a sullen face. We do not speak any French so we were overlooked by them most of the time. They offer attentive care to other French-speaking customers while ignoring us. We sat there for one hour without any dish coming us. Even after we told them that we have a zoom meeting at 11 and really need the dessert to come, they did not give us the dessert after another 30 mins wait even if I already paid for the check. We left without eating dessert but they pretended that nothing happened. They have time talking with others at the front door for over 20mins without taking a single peak at the customers inside. This is the ONLY restaurant that I need to stand up and walk to the front desk to get the waiter every time. Not to mention I paid 300euro for this service. Edited: replying to your reply, I don’t like your tomato juice nor your cheese, why am I obligated to drink or eat it when I don’t like it? I say thank you every time you serve us food, what else am I supposed to say to you? I am not your father lmao. You left the dessert in the counter for 10 minutes. What were you doing? Waiting for us to pick up ourselves or what. We made the reservation for 7:30 with our hotel la Miranda not 8:00… Yep, you can be so rude to your customers and claim that you work your customers rather than the Michelin guide XD. It is totally understandable that your wife is a beginner in English but who says a good service or just basic service requires decent English skill? A simple smile can do everything but you don’t have that. Instead you have that sudden face all the time. We told her the name of the reservation while you kept lying in your reply. I don’t wanna waste time replying to you anymore…
First of all, your statement that we rejected the dessert is completely untrue. We asked for the check because the wait was excessively long, which made us late for our meeting. You asked whether we still wanted the dessert, and I clearly said that if it could come right away, we would be glad to have it since we had paid for the full course. You agreed, yet you left our dessert on the counter while talking to another table, knowing that we were in a rush. We waited another 10 minutes or so before it became unbearable. That behavior was very unkind and on purpose, and you know it. Second, I don’t think I need to explain why customers have the right to decide what they want or don’t want to eat. Your chef made an excellent lamb dish that we truly enjoyed, but the cheese plate and drinks were not to our taste—and that should not be judged and it was very entitled to do so. In the end, we paid in full but did not receive the full course (the dessert), which violated the customer’s right. Emotionally, having to watch it sit on the counter while you refused to serve it felt insulting. Lastly, the lady did not even look at us when we tried to place our order in English, which made us feel we were treated differently from the very beginning. I believe you can do better by focusing on running the restaurant and being nice to all your customer. We have been to many Michelin-starred restaurants, and service matters immensely. I see that your restaurant used to hold a Michelin star before your management. Perhaps it’s time to reflect and treat your customers with the professionalism and respect expected of a fine dining establishment.
