I admit that I came last year and the critics corresponded to reality but there I’m passing through to Avignon and I admit that we’ve gone from all to all, room staff permanently for cleaning, automatic demarcated,menu served hot and even the manager walks in the room to welcome customers. In short, big obvious efforts have been made to better welcome us, I say bravo!! View all feedback.
Attente interminable au guichet pour un menu cinéma. ..On nous ignore complètement en préparant les menus commandés aux bornes... aucune réaction rien !!!
Service long, vous facture et font payer des produits qu'il ne peuvent pas vous fournir et quand vous demander le remboursement vous passé pour un voleur. aucune prise en considération du manager.
25 minutes avant de pouvoir être servis, la manager qui vous appelle et qui vous parle comme a un chien pour vous demander votre ticket et en plus elle est incapable de préparer une commande complète. A cela u restaurant salle a 22h30 ça donne vraiment envie de partir en courant.
