This restaurant is incredibly unclean. It's shocking that Chipotle would permit any of their franchises to operate under such conditions. I have never seen anything like it. It appears that management is indifferent to negative reviews since their rating is only 2.5 stars and there are no indications of any improvements. The worst chipotle I?ve ever gone to. The online order was not only 20 minutes late with an empty store, but it was also completely wrong after finally getting it. I got a sense that the chemistry between some of the people who work there is non-existing at all as I felt some tension. The lady making the online orders was also rude to one of the people waiting for their order. On top of that, their credit card machine didn?t work. Overall, an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Don?t come to this one, trust me just read the other reviews.
This location closes at 9 pm. It?s 7:45 pm and the chairs are up on the tables so people don?t dine in. No forks or napkins at the services station. Chicken and steak were very dry.
I’m quite disappointed that no one explained the difference between chicken and steak, especially since I clearly had no clue. Additionally, I’ve been trying to call for the last 20 minutes without receiving any response. Sadly, this isn't even the worst part of my experience with this order. I intend to visit the restaurant tomorrow to discuss the matter with a manager.
Ordered my food on the mobile app to save myself the time of waiting in line. Scheduled time was 6:40 pm. After arriving late at 7:00 pm, I expected my order to be sitting on the pickup counter. When I spoke with the cashier, I was informed they still had not made my order. Which was not a problem. I began to have an issue when they continued assisting the people in line which caused me to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my food. The point of ordering pick up on the app is to save you time from being in the restaurant. I?ve ordered food for delivery at this location two times prior and both times I never received my order. I thought switching to pickup would have been smoother, I guess not. I will not order from this location again. -7:54 pm, arrived home to find out my order was completely wrong. F this place.
My son and I stopped by this restaurant for a quick lunch. Although some tables were occupied, there were a few that hadn’t been cleared off. The service was consistently quick, with customers constantly coming and going. We ordered a Sprite and the Chicken Bowl, which included cilantro rice, pico de gallo, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce, plus guacamole on the side. The food was tasty and packed with flavor. We will definitely return!
