**Dining Experience Review: A Mixed Bag of Service and Cuisine** Nestled in a charming event center, this restaurant showcases an intriguing food and drink menu that has garnered mixed reviews. I was asked by another waitress to move tables because her customers were being added to ours. After that, we ordered appetizers and our main meals. The appetizer arrived, but she forgot the salsa and sour cream on the side. About fifteen minutes later, the waitress came back and said she didn’t know what happened to our order and asked if she could take it again. I started to provide the order details, but she said her pen wasn’t working, then went to another table to handle their payment before returning to us to take our order again. By that point, we requested it to be packed to go and asked for a box. Throughout our meal, she was cleaning other empty tables nearby and walked past us multiple times without refilling our drinks. Finally, she brought our to-go order but never provided a box and just slapped the receipt down on the table. When we checked our order, she had given us boneless wings instead of the bone-in ones, and the fries were missing. I asked her to remove those from my bill. Overall, the service was disappointing. However, the Tony Montana sandwich with charred sprouts was excellent, and I’ve definitely had better service at this restaurant in the past.
Had the walleye tacos and they were great. Atmosphere and bartender were very nice.
We ordered the onion rings, and unfortunately, they were burnt and fried in old, dirty oil. There were barely a handful, and they cost $10! I recommend going somewhere else for better food and prices. By the way, oil should be changed daily; onion rings should be golden brown, and a serving should come in a generous portion, especially for $10. We've had better for just $4.50. Additionally, the bouncers seemed inattentive, spending more time on their cell phones than watching the entrance or lobby.
Interesting food and drink menu at a small town event center. Our group loved the quinoa bowls and shrimp tacos. Only disappointment was the brussel sprout appetizers. They're just frozen sprouts heated and dipped in teriyaki sauce. We wereexpecting crispy grilled sprouts.
Big place with a nice outdoor patio. I have only had the natural wings, they were good and not over or under done. Sauces were interesting. Service was polite and responsive. Beer selection was better than expected but not crazy. Really decent placeand if you have too much fun, it's attached to the hotel.
