You get exactly what you expect for the price you pay. I tried the New York Italian sandwich, and it was quite enjoyable. The bread was soft with just the right amount of chewiness, and the meat was full of flavor, complemented by crisp lettuce. The thunder sauce really tied everything together. Great service, no lines. Fresh made customized subs. Local. Youth. Love the turkey sub 2 slide crispy bacon. Teen addition good protein. Affordable
Skip Subway! If you're in the Austin area and looking for a delicious sub, check out this small chain. The staff is friendly, the ingredients are fresh, and the quality is excellent.
Delicious, fresh sandwiches, but the quality really depends on the person preparing them! It's a bit of a gamble at different locations around Austin, though I always remain optimistic. The freshly baked bread and ingredients are consistently top-notch. The location on Parmer tends to be good, while the Pflugerville spot is usually excellent—just keep in mind that it can vary based on who is working that day, so it's best to be as specific as possible when you order!
I donated plasma then came here for lunch. As I was ordering my food, I felt strange and passed out. The employees and patrons of this location stepped up and took care of me. I really appreciate everything they did to keep me safe and for calling an ambulance. I'm fine now and really appreciate the kindness and care. You all deserve a raise! And your tuna fish subs are my favorite!

The staff at the counter were very polite, so no complaints in that department.
